  • What is eXplorerkid?

    eXplorerkid is a family-friendly club for families with children ages 12 and younger. We operate the largest indoor children playground in Singapore - eXplorerkid Indoor Children Playground - @ E!hub in Downtown East. eXplorerkid is part of NTUC Club entertainment arem.

    The Playground is the largest themed indoor playground with a spanning 35,000 sq ft. There are fun and challenging play stations for kids, and wellness and relaxation facilities for accompanying parents and guardians.

    The park have a blast with 2,000 super-soft foam balls inside Ball’O’City, a two-level play area equipped with vaccum cannons, blasters and pay backets. Or make way through to a three-level world of mazes and tunnels at Mega Play. For adventurous, trek the Adventure Highlands, climb the cliff or skate round the The Rink (synthetic ice-skating rink).

    For parents and guardians, they can relax and have cuppa at The Café, get a massage at The Mound or catch some winks inside Slumberland.

    Besides the children playground, eXplorerkid offers the following products and services:

  • What are the operating hours of eXplorerkid?
    Peak hours are from 10 am to 10 pm; off-peak hours are from 12 noon to 10 pm.

  • What do you mean by peak hours and off-peak hours?
    Off-peak days: Monday to Thursday 
    Open from 12 noon to 10 pm 
     
    Peak days: Friday to Sunday

    Open from 10 am to 10 pm

  • Can my child/children enter eXplorerkid to play?
    Yes. Admission rates for adults and children apply.

  • Why must socks be worn in eXplorerkid?
    Socks also protect the tender feet of young children from the webbing in the new playground. Socks must be worn by all visitors in eXplorerkid including adults.

  • Is eXplorerkid clean?
    eXplorerkid is cleaned thoroughly daily.

  • Can I leave my child alone in eXplorerkid to play on his/her own?
    eXplorerkid has play guides to check the kids' safety of the children playing in the playground. However, neither the eXplorerkid staff nor NTUC Club is responsible if kids wander out of eXplorerkid or if they sustain any injuries. Guardians and parents are advised to look after their children.

  • My child is 1 years old. Can he play in the playground?
    Yes as along as he is guided by an adult. Parents/guardians may wish to note that we have a toddler area and a ball pool for younger children.

  • What is the capacity of the playground?

  • Is there any entry charge for the parent?
    Per entry for one adult is $2 (Public) and $1 (NTUC Plus! / nEbO Plus!).
    Parents are also required to wear socks. Socks are also available at eXplorerkid, ticketing counter.
