How it works: |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Our members are children under 12 years old. Once a child joins us as an
eXplorerkid Member, the membership is valid until the year he turns 12.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Example:
If a child turns 12 on 14 February 2010, his membership expires on 31
December 2010.

When a parent or guardian registers a child as an ‘eXplorerkid Member’, two
membership cards will be issued:

|
|
|
|
- 1 eXplorerkid membership card
- 1 adult affiliated membership card |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Example: If you are an NTUC member and you have
two kids under 12, you pay $10 for two eXplorerkid memberships. You and your
spouse (or any other guardian) will get two adult affiliated membership cards
which are transferable to other adults. |

Usage of membership cards: |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Your membership cards admit your family into the family park. They also function
as electronic time cards that record time spent at the various play stations and
adults-only facilities. When visitors are ready to leave the Family Park, the
children’s cards will display the total playtime fee payable for the entire
visit, while the adult affiliated cards will display the total fee payable for
the adult-only facilities used.
While children under 12 enter free and only pay for incurred playtime, there is
a charge of $1 to cover every adult admission. Expenses incurred at the café and
merchandise shop can be paid directly at the point of sale.
