| 1. General |

| 1.1 | The eXplorerkid (gold) card is for kids 12 years and below only. |

| 1.2 | The eXplorerkid (gold) card is a membership card, not a credit card. |
| | |
| 1.3 | The eXplorerkid (gold) also doubles up as a stored-value cash for use at eXplorerkid and Downtown East. Points will be issued when the card is used as a cash card. |

| 1.4 | The eXplorerkid (gold) card is valid for use for the period shown on the card. |
| | |
| 1.5 | The eXplorerkid (gold) card is non-transferable and no refund will be given for its termination or cancellation. |
| | |
1.6 Consumer Advisory-NTUC Club, the holder of funkey! stored value facility, does not
require the approval of the Monetary Authority of Singapore. Consumers (users) are
advised to read the terms and conditions carefully.

2. eXplorerkid club |

| 2.1 | The eXplorerkid (gold) card must be produced for admission into eXplorerkid club for free playtime (off-peak period), special member-only rates (peak period), and claims to any prizes, offers or gifts. |

| 2.2 | The prevailing playtime rates are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of eXplorerkid. |
| | |
| 2.3 | The peak and off-peak periods at eXplorerkid club are as follows: |

| 2.4 | Socks must be worn in the play areas at eXplorerkid at all times. |

| 2.5 | eXplorerkid may impose a capacity limit during certain peak periods for the safety and enjoyment of all. |

| 3. eXplorerkid's Free Activities |
| | |
| 3.1 | Free Activities are only for eXplorerkid (gold) members. |
| | |
| 3.2 | Free Activities are conducted monthly, and the schedule is updated quarterly at www.explorerkid.com |
| | |
| 3.3 | A member is eligible to sign up for 3 Free Activities in a quarter – 1 confirmed and 2 reserved activities, depending on availability. |
| | |
| 3.4 | Registration for the first Activity in a quarter, depending on availability, is confirmed. Registration for the subsequent 2 free activities in that quarter is on reserve-list basis. This is to give the eXplorerkid (gold) card members a fair chance to participate in our activities. |

| 3.5 | A member may sign up for an additional activity in the same month on reserve-list basis and subject to a nominal charge and activity confirmation. Please call 6589 1668/1835 for the charges. |

| 3.6 | Failure to appear for 2 confirmed activities in a quarter puts a member on a ‘blacklist’ and bars him/her from registering from an activity within a quarter and in the next quarter. A valid medical certificate may be faxed to 6584 8150 within 3 days of the activity. |

| eXplorerkid will not be held responsible for any injuries sustained during an activity.
| eXplorerkid reserves the right to use the photographs taken during the acitivities for publicity. | | |

| 4. eXplorerkid (gold) card Administration |
4.1
4.2 |
An eXplorerkid (gold) member may renew the membership at $40 a year any time before the membership expiry date and for a period up to 4 months after the expiry date. After the 4-month period, he/she may sign up as a new member at $50 (Union) or $60 (public) a year. Renewal member benefits may differ from new member benefits.
Existing eXplorerkid (gold) members may not sign up as a new member 4 months before or after the membership expiry date. They may, however, sign up as a returning/renewal member at $40 a year during new member benefits. |
4.3 |
eXplorerkid (gold) members shall advise eXplorerkid in writing immediately of any loss or theft of their cards and also of any change of address via e-mail to membership@explorerkid.com or by phone at 6589 1668/1835. There will be an administrative and replacement charge of $20 for a new card. |

| 4.4 | There will be no replacement of cash value and points for any lost or stolen card. |
| | |
| 4.5 | Defaced cards cannot be used and will be deemed null and void. Kindly e-mail to membership@explorerkid.com or call 6589 1668/1835 for a replacement card. Unintended, illegible handwriting that may contribute to a faulty card will also be subject to an administrative and replacement charge of $20. |

| 4.6 | eXplorerkid may disclose details relating to eXplorerkid members to third parties at its absolute discretion. This clause will survive the expiry of eXplorerkid (gold) card. |

| 4.7 | eXplorerkid reserves the right to revoke, cancel or terminate the membership by notice in writing if there is a breach in the terms and conditions. Affected members will not be entitled to any refund. |

| 4.8 | These terms and conditions may be amended or withdrawn without prior notice to members at any time at the sole discretion of eXplorerkid. |
