  • How often is the Free Activity Schedule updated?
    The schedule is updated every quarter, or 4 times a year. The schedule is as follows: Jan-Mar; Apr-Jun; Jul-Sep; Oct-Dec. Each schedule is released for booking a month in advance on this website. EK (gold) members may call us at 6589 1639/1668 to book activities, depending on availability.

  • What is the processing time for a membership application?
    Please allow at least 3 weeks for processing. If you have not received your card after 3 weeks, do call us at 6589 1835/1668 or e-mail to
    membership@explorerkid.com. It could be that the card that had been sent out was returned because the address we had on file was wrong. Do make sure you fill out the correct address on the application. Omission of Birth Cert number also contributes to delay.

  • Is there any entry charge for the parent?
    One parent may attend free with one child. To prevent overcrowding during peak periods, an additional parent may enter at $2 each.  Parents are also required to wear socks.
