We encourage all to have fun at eXplorerkid and your safety and hygiene is of utmost importance to us. To ensure that all guests have a wonderful experience, we ask that the following rules to be adhered to.
Safety and Hygiene

No shoes are allowed and socks must be worn at all times in the eXplorerkid Indoor Playground

Be nice and considerate. No pushing, hitting or causing injury to others

Rough play, rowdy behaviour or bullies will not be condoned
-
Be gentle and take care of the playground equipment and facilities for the safety of everyone
-
Older children in the playground have to give way to the younger ones
-
Respect, everyone deserves it. This is a place of respect of guests and employees. Bullying or any threat of violence will not be tolerated
-
Parents and guardians are strongly encouraged to accompany their children at all times in the playground
-
Children are encouraged to visit the toilet before they enter the play facilities. A cleaning fee of $50 will be imposed for those who ‘pee’ or ‘poo’ in the playground

Children who are not feeling well are encouraged to leave the playground. A cleaning fee of $50 will be imposed on those who vomit in the playground

Strictly no food and drinks within the playground

No food and drinks in the play facilities. Only drinks allowed in the forum area

No prams/strollers are allowed in the park

NTUC Club and eXplorerkid shall not be responsible for any loss of or damage to any personal belongings, or any injury sustained to any person arising out of or in connection with the use of the playground

Request any guest to leave the playground without any refund

Amend the rules herein at any time without prior notice

Video or take any picture within the premise
